What days are you open?

We are open Monday-Saturday and closed on Sundays.

What are your business hours?

We are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

What occasions do you offer displays for?

We offer displays for; Birthdays, Dances, New Babies, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, Graduations, Bridal Showers, Weddings, Goodbyes, Good Luck, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Farewells, Welcome Home, Grand Opening, Thank You, Parties, Promotion, Retirement, Luau, Get Well and much more.

What time are displays delivered and picked up?

The displays are delivered after 10:30 pm the evening before and picked up the day of the display after 6:00pm.

How big are the signs?

The critters are 18 inches tall. Our large Baby Carriages are 5 ft tall and 4 ft wide.

What are the signs made out of?

The signs are made out of corrugated plastic. (chloroplast). The signs are secured in the ground with metal stakes. (Our displays will not damage your lawn, they will simply aerate it.)

Can I move the sign?

Please do not remove the signs. If you wish to have the display removed before the rental time is up, please call us and we will be happy to come and remove it for you. If you have special instructions on where to place the display please notify us when you are making the reservation.

Can I mow or water my lawn?

Watering is fine, please do not try to mow around the display, or take it down for mowing. If you wish to have the display removed before the rental time is up, please call us and we will be happy to come and remove it for you.

Do I need to reserve my display?

You will need to reserve the display preferably 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

How long are displays rented for?

They are rented for one day.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Payments are due prior to delivery.

What is the price of the display?

The Display is $49.95 plus 6% sales tax

Each additional day is $10 per day plus 6% sales tax

What is included in the price of a display?

Each basic display includes 20 critters

Can we keep any items for a souvenir?

Sorry, no our displays are for "rental" only. If a sign or critter is taken or destroyed you will be charged $10 per item.

What is your refund policy?

You will be given a 100% refund if you cancel your lawn rental at least 24 hours in advance or extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your display.

You will NOT receive a refund if the following applies:

• The homeowner stops us from setting up the display.

• The homeowner calls us and asks us to remove the display.

• You give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel your order.

• You have given us the wrong address or date.

• We cannot set up the display because of a gated community/security guard that will not allow us access.

• The homeowner has a dog loose on the property that will not let us on the property.

• A lack of grassy/gravel area to stake in the sign.
